Bicentennial #4449 Locomotive

Ned spent 9 months of “free time” drawing an amazingly detailed pencil drawing, without a single erasure, of the steam locomotive SP #4449, which had been refurbished and was used to pull the train which carried the Liberty Bell around the country during the 1976 Bicentennial.  This fine drawing was lithographed and received great public acclaim, winning several art awards.
